My trip to hawaii has to be the highlight of my summer, best vacation by far. While i was there i had one of the most surreal experiences of my life. My family and i went night diving with manta rays. We would just sit on the surface with our lights and watch the mantas feed below us. It was just amazing to be arround these creatures who were each about 13 to 17 feet long. Manta Rays are one of my most favorite animals so i was pretty excited. The pictures are water colors i did while i was there including a new beat board for my up coming film which i am almost finished thumb-nailing and writing. This is the final shot for my film "Based on a true story." The quality will look blurry to you but that is because it was rendered for video settings only. It will be completely in focus when the film is shown. Currently i have about 2 minutes and 6 seconds of animation complete and i hope to be finished within the next three weeks. The reason i chose to composite one of the shots early was simply to give me an idea of what the clean up and coloring process would be like.
